A Slum On Southside

Rented: From 2002 To 2005

I have lived in this complex for three years now. I first moved in due to the cheap rental rate. I travel 8-9 months of the year so really only need the places for storage and when I'm on my breaks.
The building has been sold to the slumlord company Ruffner Mountain Realty, my air has not been working for over a week now and I have called the rental company three times with no return calls. While I'm enjoying my vacation in 100 degree temperatures inside my apartment.
So DO NOT rent from this company. After doing some investigation I have come to realize that they buy the more "slummy" buildings and could really care less about their GOOD tenants who actually pay the rent.
TIME TO MOVE...........
