Apartment Review for Hunter's Pointe Apartments

Since living at Hunters Pointe: mildew has built up on my walls, wood is rottening and falling off the exterior, and maintenance takes weeks to fix problems. I have problems I have asked to be fixed going on 8+ months. The heating pool advertised in the complex is never heated (70 degrees or below); the 2 workout rooms have at most 40% of operating equipment; and I have never heard of these aerobic classes they supposedly offer. Last, but not least, the pictures advertised are at least 10 years old or more (just see for yourself).
