Apartment Review for Park Place Apartments

If you're looking for a downtown apartment, look elsewhere. The blinds in our apt are still broken 1 yr after we reported it to them on the move-in inspection form. There have been two burned out car incidents in the complex. This is a high-crime area.
There were ants when we first moved in, and it took them months to come and spray. We had to keep asking.

On top of all of that, the management can not be trusted. Despite all the problems, we decided to sign a new lease with them rather than go thru the trouble of moving. Our lease said water was included, but once we signed and got comfortable, they gave us notice of a $60 "utility fee." Then they tried to lie and say we didn't have the right to vacate even though they were altering the terms of our lease agreement. These people are not to be trusted!
