In 1 year I've been burglarized twice due to faulty windows and doors. Maintenance is non-existent, roaches are rampant, rudest realty co. (METCALF) I've ever encountered, (except for the receptionist). Walls and ceilings are paper-thin. Especially bad when you live below grossly obese neighbors! OMG!
Unless you're a masochist or a crack-head please don't move here!
