sec 8 applicants live here so while you are paying market, your next door neighbor is only paying $35.Maintenance is a JOKE, forget 911,don't even bother calling cause they ain't coming i was told changing the flourecent light bulb in my kitchen wasn't an emergency so it would get done maybe monday,(it was a saturday when i called the office)so if i didn't have a lamp i would have been cooking in the dark.there is a park on the premises,i've hardly ever seen any actual kids playing in the park,just teenagers hanging and loitering.This place sucks."buyer beware"
