Horrible Management

I moved into the Overlook in August, 2004. The manager is the most horribly rude person I've ever met. The office staff and maintenance, however, have been very helpful and competent. That doesn't mean I got immediate attention when something needed to be fixed, but that they did a very good job and were nice and professional when they did show up to do it. I wouldn't, however, rent here again. The manager is awful and doesn't seem to treat the staff well. Although they try to be helpful, their hands are often tied.
