I would suggest that anyone living in The Overlook at Homewood put any and all complaints against the management in writing, have the manager (Teresa, unless she got fired) sign a copy, and keep all of your copies. For fun, you might make copies of your signed copy on a copy machine and mail them to Engel Residential, the management company, with a letter of complaint. Keep it all in writing and on video. If anything happens to you or a friend, sue them. Take them to court. Get money. They will probably ask you to move out as soon as you start this process! Get the agreement not to charge you a fee to break your contract IN WRITING and SIGNED. Good luck!
