Review for The Overlook Of Homewood Apartments

I know the specials might seem inviting but there is a reason for that and, more importantly, there are consequences. The reason: management and staff are incompetent and utterly clueless, maintenance is unresponsive. The consequence: you end up living among annoying, inconsiderate thugs and none of your concerns are ever addressed. My neighbor was robbed, and those idiots in the office would not even let him leave - their big idea was to transfer him to another unit ON THE SAME LEVEL. I went without a functional heating system for the last 5 months I was there because they refused to replace a broken unit and the maintenance staff wasn't smart enough to figure out it was broken. The old disposer backed up several times. I could never get them to fix my ceiling after water that somehow leaked from the apartment above mine softened and stained it. Four months after I moved out I was still receiving a monthly water bill, me and the unfortunate tenant that moved in after I left. Wait, did I mention how incompetent the staff was? Sorry. Fire trucks and police cars get called in a lot!!! I am begging you, for your own safety and peace of mind, DO NOT move to this hellhole, THE OVERLOOK AT HOMEWOOD SUCKS!!!!!!!
