Most Expensive Dump In Birmingham!

I am very disappointed in my apt. here. although it is brand new, they used the cheapest of everything (appliances, paint,flooring, counterrtops ect..) so upkeep is very difficult-- Have to run the dishwasher 3 times to get them clean (cant wait to see my first water bill!), none of the surfaces were "sealed" so once you spill something, its there for good! None of the amenities are even starting to be finished, so there is NO pool, car center, pet center, they havent even got the garbage thing worked out yet! Im not one to complain, but this being the most expensive apt building in Birmingham, I expected a lot better-well im stuck here for now...
