Loud Kids Ruin Setting

The apartments are brand new, and were presented as the premeire complex in the area. While the setting is nice, and the staff is pleasant (although they do tend to be a little too social in the office.), I was very dissappointed in my apartment. The fixtures are cheap, and the workmanship is cheaper. To add to the problem, a group of kids skateboarding outside my apartment constantly is a huge nuisence. They seem to be the children of one of the office staff, so nothing is done. I cannot wait to move.
