With the change in management at the Tivoli, it was all smiles and "things will get better." But adding an awning to the building, an overpriced laundry room, and zero other improvements does not justify a ridiculous increase in rent.
Maintenance was slow to respond to any issues, and getting things resolved required multiple contacts to the office staff at Blue Canoe Properties.
When I moved in, I thought the apartment was beautiful, but time after time I had problems that required multiple attempts to resolve them.
In a nutshell, the apartment is nice, but overpriced, and the property management company is terrible.
