Apartment Review for Wildwood Apartments

Decks falling away from wall,rotten steps,most doorbells don't work,police seem to always be here b/c of teenagers hanging out fighting or tenents fighting.Mold growing in walls( just sanded and painted over)to many ocupants in state allowed people Per house,some roofs leak, can hear neighbers' coversations sitting in your room with the tv on.No privacy and everything seems to be so unorganized.Plus some prety scary looking tenents.
