Apartment Review for Woodmere Creek

Charged us over $2000 for carpet that was "8-10 years old but can still be washed and used" Carpet was dirty and old when we moved in, then our cat had a health issue and urinated in ONE spot in the dining room and we were sent a $2000 bill for carpet.. I tried to call the carpet company they refused to talk to me.. I called other companies to see how much it would cost to do carpet, padding and tacs for 837 square feet they told me around $450 to $500.. so some MANAGER is getting a cut of the price because there is NO WAY it can cost that much to relay carpet.. have been reported to the sheriffs office, I WOULD NEVER recommend anyone to live here, the appliances are old as dirt, it took a month to get our washer fixed.. we had to shove a knife in our microwave t get it to start because we waited on the maintenance for 3 years until we finally gave up.. office staff is rude and they lie about EVERYTHING!!! Has been reported to JMG realty (the realty company that manages them) letters have been sent to the president and CEO and I will continue bugging them until I hear a reply because the office staff needs to be REPLACED!! <P>
