Good mix between hip young professionals and older college types. On site laundry. parking in back for RESIDENTS ONLY. excellent location really to everything. Not the best place to raise a child more than a few years old, the units tend to be a little small.

These are nicely decorated 1 bedroom apartments, with door to a common corridor. Security code to get inside. Landlord is extremely nice and helpful, helped me carry things up to my new place! The yellow-ish brick apartments on Idlewild are rented mainly by 20-somethings, so be aware.
