Review for Rolling Oaks Apartments

I moved into these apartments thinking what a great place, there is pool, a laundry, basketball court and overall the community was quiet. I have children so I thought that the basketball court here would be a great place for them to play. I was sadly mistaken. The pool opens on Memorial Weekend and from there out it is CLOSED more than it is open the maintnenance man is constantly closing the pool and giving lame excuses as to why it is closed. The maintenence man is not fond of children so the basketball court was chopped down and we were all told it was due to insurance. After calls to the insurance company this was found to be untrue, the laundry is maintained by an outside source so if something does wash corectly and or dry correctly you are left with wet dirty clothes. There have been drug busts at this complex and if you have children be prepared for them to need to be or become hermits. They are not allowed to have bicycles, scooters, skates, or skateboards and they are not allowed on the grass, or in the parking lots. This community has 1..2 and 3 bedrooms which would lead you to think that children were welcome here, but children that live here are rarely seen and you may face eviction if they are heard. The carpets are old, and the structure needs alot of repair. And if you seek assistance from the ONE maintenance person it might take days to get it. I would say overall these are some of the worst apartments with poor management and horrible maintenance I have ever seen in my life.
