Apartment Review for East Bay Apartments

I am a current resident here at Pelican Bay, and I can't WAIT for my lease to be up so I can move!! I would only recommend these apartments to my worst enemies....and even then, I may warn them about it. The conditions of these buildings are terrible. Unfortunately, you don't realize the extent of the condition until you've already signed a lease, and then it's too late. The management staff is completely unreliable, uncaring, irritating and just plain RUDE! They treat you more like a paycheck than a person. There is always trash around our place, the noise levels are high, and the parking is completely inadequate. Our vehicle has been vandalized TWICE since being here. Other tenants let their dogs do their business right next to our door and walkway. And complaining always falls on deaf ears. I absolutely hate it here. It is a dump run by a bunch of idiots.
