What sort of maintenance man parks his golf cart in a handicap parking space? He's a maintenance man, for cryin' out loud. There are legitimatly handicapped elderly people living there that need those spaces but can't use them because the golf cart is parked there. And what sort of apartment complex has to shut down the pool in the MIDDLE OF SUMMER EVERY YEAR for maintenance. Well, really because the water in the pool is green with algea. Run, don't walk, the other way and find a better complex to live in. I've been watching this place go down hill for a long time.
