Moved from Mobile hoping to get some peace and quiet. LOVE living here at Sweetwater! I have a Three Bedroom unit that is perfect for my family. Tons of storage space, huge walk-in closets and we LOVE our screened-in porch. The office staff is wonderful and truly wants to make Sweetwater a great place to live. While it does get a little noisier in the summer, that is totally standard for this area and is usually very peaceful. Complaints are handled in a timely manner, and there is a police officer who is on-call 24/7 for any problems you have.
