Review for College Park Apartments

The living conditions there are awful i hated living there. The landlords are very rude and not very efficient. They are always accusing people of crimes that they don't do and they have no respect for the tenants. They will leave ugly notes in the landuary room calling all of the tenants stupid and ignorant. They are just awful people that will stay in your business. They have a controlled security guard. He will come outside and curse you out saying,"Shut the F up" or give verbal threats. The maintenance is horrible. My ceiling fan never worked and they never came to fix it and i lived there for 2 years. Think twice and get all of the facts before you decide to move in over there. PLEASE TALK TO THE TENANTS BEFORE SIGIND A LEASE...
