Review for Lakeshore Landing Apartments

Do not move here. The apartments are 35 years old, with tons of layers of paint. The idea of maintenance is to bandaid something when a permanent fix is needed. For the first 7 months I lived here, the pool was open 2 days total. The gate is always broken and the last time it was broken for 3 months and when it got fixed only worked for 3 days before being broken another week and counting. They spruce the grounds up enticing people and show a top-shelf model to prospects and lie to customers saying you can't see the unit you are moving into because it's not ready but if you want to reserve it you have to go ahead and sign a contract. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. Billing on the water account is incorrect, as I was on vacation for two weeks and their bill still showed (toilets cut off) that I had used the same amount of water as if I was here. Go somewhere else. The management never responds to noise complaints. Parking is a nightmare, and the lease is never enforced as long as they get their money each month the management doesn't care what you do.
