Review for The Overlook At Homewood Apartments

This would be decent place except for a few problems. Maintenance is slow and says they will come back to fix problems but doesn't - it took a month to get the commode fixed! Exterior maintenance/cleaning leaves a LOT to be desired- the exterior of out building has not been cleaned for over a year, and does it ever show!

Also they will rent to anyone and our neighbors treat the place like a pigsty, piling trash wherever it is convenient for them. Ugh! I'm sure the rats love it, but I hate it.

There price for 1BR units is good, but the 2BR and 3BR units are overpriced. There are much better, cleaner, nicer choices available in Vestavia Hills, and it's almost as convenient.

I'm leaving when I graduate from college in May. I CAN'T WAIT!

DON"T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! GET AWAY WHILE YOU STILL CAN!
