Review for Woodhaven Apartments

The manager is very unprofessional and doesn't know how to handle even minor situations without being rude. I called her to talk with her about a dog in the building, cigarette butts around the entrance of my building, a dog in an apartment, and a tennant that has gone to 2 apartments asking if they had a gun. I left a page for her and when she returned my call and I identified myself, she said that she had the wrong number and hung up on me. The young man walks barefoot in the parking lot talking to himself, runs through the breeze ways, squeals out, and bangs on his walls. I realize he has mental issues but I suppose management is going to wait until he injuries himself or someone else before something is done about it.
