Review for Abbington Place Apartments

...this place would be perfect!
Safety: My biggest complaint is that the people in the immediate area are severely "addled". The kinda scare me...
Parking: Tiny parking spaces.
Appearance: Despite all the issues that Abbington Place was saddled with due to the poor planning of previous owners, the grounds staff do an excellent job of keeping the grounds up!
Office Staff: Very caring, and do try to go out of their way to help.
Maintenance: excellent, available 24/7 if you really need them.
Condition: These apartments were obviously built "on the cheap". Despite that fact, the staff generally seem more than capable of dealing well with what they've got.
Noise Level: Mostly due to the people. No one's viewing of the Auburn/Ole Miss game should be shared with the entire neighborhood... overall, the people living here are a bunch of hicks.
Overall rating: 4, not because of the staff, but rather the idiot tenants the staff are forced to allow to live here.
I recommend it with caution - mostly due to the "locals". The people in the surrounding neighborhoods aren't much better - a lot of juvenile delinquents.
