The location is convenient, it's safe, and the new maintenance guy is awesome. Those are the only good points. The apartment is DATED. Floorplan is awful. Cabinents are few and practically unusable. Management is usually idiotic. People from the school park here all the time, more often than not taking your spot. The apartment cost is high. There are newer, better apartments for much cheaper, and the power bill is out of this world for absolutely no reason. Don't live here.
