Review for Lawson's Ridge Apts. Apartments

Every time I begin thinking about buying a house, I look around my apartment and complex and remember why I don't want to move.

I've lived here for almost four years (2003 - 2007). I was the first person to live in my current apartment. I challenge anyone to find a larger apartment at this price (over 1550 sq ft). The exercise room is excellent (and equipped with free tanning beds and a sauna). The club house is availabe to use for parties. Management (Theressa was great and Nancy is picking up quickly) is great and very responsive. We do have a train that runs by within a stones throw...BUT...I no longer even pay any attention to it (I guess you get used to anything, other than the train, it's VERY quiet). We have one of Madison's finest in residence and he does a superb job with security. The landscaping is very nice and well maintained. Like with any apartment, your neighbors are there by the luck of the draw, but the bad ones seem to come and then move out soon. The location of the complex is great, and near the airport. Speaking of the airport...if you need a ride to the airport during business hours, just ask and you have it. Oh, did I mention Fed Ex / UPS / Postal Package delivery? Packages are delivered to the office, a notice appears on cable TV that you have a package and need to pick it up...not bad. If you want someone to come in and clean house for you, well, that's available too. Finally, on the plus side, my biggest electric bill in 2 years has been $83...go figure.

My only complaints are: no place to wash my car and no running water available to clean the breezeway.
