Review for Cabana Apartments

Its old and nasty: trashy-laundry room -junk cars-management lacking leadership.I dont know why i continue to stay here,cheap rent for a cheap apartment i guess,the people that live here throw their fast food wrappers on the ground when getting out of their cars,and they are 6 feet from a dumpster,,maintenance,just rigs stuff to work a little longer,my vehicle has been damaged twice by attempted break ins-management advised me to get more insurance for my vehicle--they did hire some old wino security guard,but hes always up at the parade service station.people roam the grounds at all hours off the day and night.there are a lot of mobile mental health patients living here,one asked my 13 year old son for a cigarette one day . I would not recommend cabana,its a feline dumping and breeding ground also,boom boxes blasting through the complex at 3 am,lots of loud domestic violence outbursts,when summer rolls around we are swarmed with trespassers,management is totally unconcerned,yelling, cursing,fights at the pool,drug use, smoking pot,over consumption of alcohol,every summer, the tenants don't even bother going to the pool area,you can add gunfire to this now,3-9-09,neighbor shoots his pistol(4 shots 10 pm) into the commons area,around other occupied apartments,the police respond with 4 cars at least 8 officers arrive,nice safe place to live?security guard on duty arrives after the police.damn get me out of here
