Review for Carondolet Apartments

My family and I started out in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment here at Carondolet. It was pretty small for the three of us, so we opted to upsize to a three bedroom 2.5 bath when our lease ran out. Our three bedroom is nice, and with it we have 2 covered parking spaces, as well as a small storage shed.

With the two bedroom we had to fight for a parking spot in the lot, and sometimes got stuck with one far away from the front door. Our three bedroom has a washer/dryer hookup in it, but the two bedroom did not. We had to use the laundry facility on site, which only has 4 washers and 4 dryers. That got expensive, considering it's a dollar per load to was and a dollar to dry. And don't even think of trying to do laundry on a Saturday. You'll never get a washer.

Overall, Carondolet is a nice place to live, but I would definitely recommend the three bedrooms as opposed to the two bedrooms for more space and convenience.
