These apartments are overpriced. They are very old and not very energy efficient. They paint over my neighbor's wall when it leaks into the building from rain. Mold is in the bathrooms. They painted over that too. Therre is never enough parking. Come through at night and see - people have to make parking places - for which they get in trouble.
