Pros: Fairly quiet and great location.

Cons: Very outdated interior and HVAC units. Poor overall construction. Preventative maintenance non-existant. Long wait times for repairs. Security gates rarely work. Outdoor security lighting poorly maintained. Gates to the pool area seem to always be locked.

Comments: Expect very high power bills due to the undersized, poorly maintained, outdated HVAC system, and deteriorated weather stripping. Expect to be treated rudely by the current property manager. Expect to make numerous calls before a concern is addressed.
