Review for Oaktree Apartments

In the entire time Ive lived here which Im not going to state even though im going to post I lived here as 2008 to 2008 its been longer but want to remain annonymous. I have never had anything fixed properly and have to have them keep coming back to fix it. When they say they will come fix it most of the time they never do and you have to keep going to the office to tell them then they say you never told them yet you have been in several times about it. Many of the neighbors are very loud and party alot. Its not a very quiet place to live. The management is unprofessional and the owner of the complex doesnt seem to care about his tenants. Seems he is just here to get a dollar nothing more. My issues with my shower not being fixed properly have brought on many problems that have affected my health as well. Parts of my floor feel like it will cave in when this has been mentioned many times I am told its cement and wont cave in. Last time I checked cement can cave in too. But a few times in the office they have told me other floors were caved in and they couldnt get to my maintenance problem . They also have a habit of coming for maitnence unannouced unlike most place who give a 48 hour notice that they are coming. The air conditioners are so old they are loud. Mold forms around the windows and has to be bleached. Parking is a huge problem and many people dont have any curtisy when it comes to parking. The laundry room is filthy not to mention the hours are only from 8 am to 8 pm which is a huge inconvience for tenants who get off work later and go to work early. I pay my rent on time every month and still get embarrassing notes on my door saying I didnt pay. I see alot of prostitutes; drug dealers and homeless people around here. Its not a safe place to be. Many times when calling the office they dont answer but if you go to the office the manager will be there.
