Rented: From 2000 To 2009

Ive lived here for seven years. First of all there are some serious structural problems due to water damage that has been negleted for a couple of years now. The floor feels like its about to cave in. And recently a band has moved in across from us and as you can imagine the noise from the bass and other instuments is unbearable. This issue has been brought up to the staff numerous times but nothing has been done about it. And I could go on about this apartment. Bottom line I would not live here.
