Review for Cobblestone Cove Apartments

I guess I'll start from outside and work my way in...
Well, they have these big bushy flowers that are quite eye catching, basically so that you don't notice the "grass". It's not quite grass, it's more like short weeds and crab grass. They do cut it fairly regularly, but when they do the cut "grass" is left everywhere, all over your front sidewalk, and all in your back porch, they don't blow it off, and expect you to sweep it all up.
Also, with these big bushy flowers, if you're allergic to bees, you might want to steer away, cuz they attract a lot of bees. Other than that, I guess it's ok.

Inside, oh the inside... the air condition and heating unit works fine. The paint job could be a lot better. When I first moved in, they asked me if there were anything that needed repairs, so I gave them a list of things... It's been quite some time now, and my fridge rack is still broken, my weather stripping is chewed up from the previous owner's dog or cat, so bugs and the outside temperatures still make their way in and my dishwasher doesn't wash dishes.
Management changes every 3 months it seems, so everytime I go bitch about this stuff, they say the same thing, "Well, now that we're(new managment) here, there's a lot of stuff that's been messed up by the previous management, that we need to get back in order. We will get to you as soon as we can, then they take out a piece of paper and "write down" my info, and then "Have a nice day."
On a lighter note, right across the street is another apartment complex that they just added, called Cobblestone Creek, it looks really nice, real grass, not as many flowers but trees, everything is nice and new, BUT it's for seniors only, so no chance in geting that if you're under 50 I guess.
