For an complex located in the heart of a college town, it is a nice hidden secret. Very nice location with easy access to the local college and easy access to the grocery store! Mgmt if very nice and helpful! Handyman is on-call during normal hours and is usually there within a day or so if help is needed, sooner if an emergency arises.
