Apartment Review for Carriage Hill Apartments

My first visit to the leasing office was great, they made me feel very welcome. Although after I moved in I noticed how loud it was here, how they do not and have never once since I have been here had doggy poo bags in the destinated stations where they belong so therfore it smells like **** outside. I have called and asked could they replace the street light that has been since I moved in that is infront on the building that I live in (building 100) and HAS NOT been relpaced. Last weekend my neighbors street bike (that he bought brand new the previous weekend) was stolen from under a staircase, when he called just to let the leasing office know what happened they simply told him "well thats why you should have it in a garage"! I myself did not know Carriage Hill offered garages. Maybe if there were a little more lighting out there people would not have been so brave to have stole it! Four days after that incident I witnessed the maintenance guy (silver 4 door Dodge truck) watch 2 thugs walk through in front of buidling 100 scoping out cars looking in windows and in the back of a truck that had tools in it and he didn't say a **** word and had every chance to as to he watch them walk all the way to Summerville Rd and moved 3 different parking spots to watch them. Why couldnt' he have asked hey do yall guys live here? What are you doing looking in these cars and trucks? Why? Cause they just don't give a **** I guess! Since I have been here they have left about 5 notes on the door for numerous reasons. Inspections for things that are broken, ( I thought thats what a deposit was for) changes in the water bill, to check blinds and little things like that. I feel like i can't even relax in my own home. I am 26 yaers old married and have a kid, but yet they treat you like your in college here. Please please please DO NOT MOVE HERE, DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE as a matter of fact TELL EVERYONE DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!
