these people are HORRIBLE. our ceiling fell through and it took them two weeks to come "fix it" (all they did was nail the plaster back up and spray paint over the black mold that had grown during the two weeks). when we moved out, we left the house in MUCH better condition than it was in when we moved in, and they still kept half of our deposit. they're rude and just an over all poorly managed company, to say the least.
