Apartment Review for Harbrooke Downs

I recently moved out of Harbrooke Downs after living there for 2 years. I was generally irritated with the previous manager, but at least she got things done, and was available during business hours. THe new manager is TERRIBLE. Maintenance requests are pointless, she ignores emails, and during business hours, sits in her office with the door locked. I have even knocked, knowing she's in there DURING BUSINESS HOURS and she completely ignores me. THe new packages policy is also terrible. Having to drive to the post office because she does not want to be inconvenienced with having a few packages in the separate room off of her office is completely unacceptable for an apartment complex. And god forbid you EVER park anywhere with an OLD parking decal...or without one for that matter. She will absolutely tow your vehicle. All in all, harbrooke downs is cute...but BEWARE the management. They make living there NOT worth it.
