The apartment I lived in for a year was great (it was actually half of a house) as far as size and location are concerned. However, Sherrill Realty has a very poor reputation for customer service, and it is well deserved. They are very rude, and uptight about small things (all tenants got a note once saying plastic chairs couldn't be in the yard)..yet they left a 5-ton piece of machinery in my back yard for almost THREE MONTHS. I would expect a friendly staff with a small, family-run business... not so when it comes to Sherrill.
