Review for Vestawood Apartments

The apartments are a priced very reasonably and the new management company is making an effort to improve. It would be nice if they repaired the pool instead of painting and putting in new windows. A pool would be very nice for the children who live in the complex and have to play in the parking lot. There is no parking enforcement here however. Many units have 3+ vehicles per unit and cars are left in the parking spaces with out tags and in disrepair. At times parking is tough and if the complex EVER rents all ofthe units there will not be enough spaces for everyone. Maintenance has improved but the complex is in below average condition. The office staff are only available while everyone with normal jobs are at work and have no hours on the weekends.
