Review for Vestavia Falls Apartments

I have lived here for almost a year now and am very satisfied with these apts. The mgr , Marilyn, is the corner stone of Vestavia Falls as she keeps everything running smoothly, while remaining courteous, professional and very pleasant. The maintenance, especially Gerald, is always on top of things, has a great attitude, and handles any problems asap. The only complaints that i have are that you can sometimes hear when your upstairs neighbors are walking heavily , though not a major problem; and i would really like it if they would update the playground a bit for the kids. Overall , I would reccommend Vestavia Falls Apartments.
