Review for Vestavia Falls Apartments

When it comes to safety, parking and office staff. No real complaint. Love the fact that the one bedrooms are over 900sq ft. BUT it does lack closet and storage space. The kitchen is not set up for alot of cooking at a given moment. The insulation for this apt is poor, roach problem in the summer/fall, very humid inside in the summer, and i cannot hang alot in my closets since the bars are loose. I am yet to see these things fixed. Another BIG issue is the plumbing. You want to be on the upper level because at random times the plumbing would fail and all this water from the swerage comes back through the bottom floor apt. NOT FUN!!! not only is it nasty it smell. One day it happened on a sunday afternoon and emergency maintenance would not come because it was late sunday. Not happy here and glad my lease is up!
