Apartment Review for Admirals Cove Apartments

I first thought it was going to be a great place to live. Secure card entry doors, auto garage opener, they were about to install a free tanning bed...... wrong. The card entry doors didn't work the last 8 months there so door to building was unlocked 24/7, allowing any pervert off the street in. The garage door was also broken alot so it had to be left open. The elevator was nice when it worked, you can't use it for moving though because according to management, it is not designed to go up and down alot (it's an elevator!) Management never repaired my carpet from the mildew that occurred from ice-damming and then charged me to replace 5 year old carpet because of pet stains. They said age of the carpet and mildew had nothing to do with its condition. It cost me about $1900. I wouldn't recommend Admiral's Cove to my worst enemy!
