Apartment Review for Chester Creek Estates

While the location is tempting and it's a good amount of square footage for the rent in a Carmel school system, these townhomes are horrible. There are mold problems, NO maintenance, leaky windows and doors (electric averaged $200/month), and they don't even bother cleaning or painting before you move in. Add to that the garbage left on patios by neighbors, drugs and the child molester that the landlord will not evict and it's just not a place to feel safe.
