Apartment Review for Park Plaza Apartments

I'm in the military and didn't want any of my fellow soldiers (or anyone for that matter) to have to deal with such a housing nightmare. I lived on the bottom floor and my sink would constantly back up and overflow into the kitchen when I was out. I would call maintenance who would 'fix' the problem and than it would occur again a week later. The good thing about the apartment was the heated garage. However I still had to get out of my car on several occasions since the automatic opener wouldn't work. The worst part was I left the place spotless when I moved out and got charged several hundred dollars. I lived there for myself for about 4 months (short lease) and was almost never home so I was shocked when they claimed they 'had to remove' things from the apartment. Since I'm in the military by myself I really didn't have time to fight them on this but told them I'd let people know how they ran the place. Oh ya, every time I tried to call a taxi a crackhead would jump in the cab and the driver would have to yell at them to get out. No joke. Stay clear.
