Apartment Review for Dixon Apartments

We lived here for a year. Despite numerous drawbacks (eskimo's living in the basement, loud neighbors, and people messing with our car at night) the office personel were always really great about everything. Chris was a great landlord and any time I had a maintenance issue it was fixed automatically. This place dosnt look the great but contact Fairbanks Realty anyways, because they are the best in town. I cleaned this place top to bottom because I really needed my deposit back and guess what?? Fairbanks Realty was the first landlords who have ever given me my ENTIRE deposit back. Take care of them and they will take care of you. I recommend this place, definately.
