This was the most horrible experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. My front porch caved in repeatedly, my washer, dryer, dishwasher, refridgerator, and air conditioning all broke. It took 10 days to get my fridge replaced. The front office workers were not very helpful at all. In fact, one of them came off as downright insulting when asking about our income. I understand you need that information, but you have NO RIGHT to insult my income. Very trashy.
