Review for Camden Fountain Palms Apartments

I have been here a year. Its dangerous. The managers will move any warm body with a wallet in here. There was a drug addict next door that we got the run around on for three months before they got rid of him. He had threatened my family, tried to intimidate his way into numerous peoples apartment, appeared to be dealing out of the unit or something and had prostitutes over regularly. The least of it all was the ridiculous noise levels coming from hist unit at all hours of the day and night. The police were out here almost daily for the entire duration of his residency. The office continually fed us a line of bull about how they were working on getting him out. The police even told us that he could have been out in only 7 days but the manager Tiffany Depoy would not do it. Even after there was a warrant issued for his arrest and the cops picked him up the apartments still took about a month to a month and a half to finish the job. Then we were told he would be "tresspassed" off the property so he would be arrested if he ever set foot on property. Another lie from the office. I checked with the police one day because he showed up unanounced to get his stuff out after he had been evicted. He tried to pick a fight with me twice, regularly harassed my family, disturbed my life as to interfer with my job, and was an overall danger to our lives. This is just one of the people with mental issues the cops have had to deal with in my building alone. Don't overlook I have lost $2000 in tools due to theft, the a/c and a weight machine in the workout room were broken for about a year, couches piled up for two months by the garbage can (so far they are still there as I write this), a couple shootings in the last year, a fridge that constantly freezes stuff, most of the pole lights are out along the sidewalks, I told them my fire extinguisher needed service so they just took it away and said I did not need it, they damaged their own carpet painting my accent wall and on and on.
