Review for Sierra Pines Apartment

where should i even start? first of all well start with the maintence....what maintence? we have been waitng for 2 months!!!!! for them to fix the problem in the dingy apartment their renting us second of all they give laundry cards out for u to put money on but u can only do that in the office which IS NEVER ! OPEN what so ever dont relay on the sign they put on the door either cause they dont. they manage on their own time not considering the rest of us have a life and jobs to get to and when they have no reliable office hours it makes it very difficult to take care of your laundry.note that u will have a bed time here the managers try to set for u i dont see y their personal life should effect any of their renters but it sure does. ... lets see can i say anything positive right now....they have a grill your us all to use which really just brings up the point that u have no privacy of a patio cause u walk out your front door to 3 feet of your own space facing every aprtment around

Hi there, My partners and I are seriously considering purchasing the Sierra Pines Complex and are interested in what you have to say. We have been thru the property and see things that we believe need to be done. The office hours will NOT be a problem for you IF we buy the property. We'd also be interested to know what kind of maintenance issues you and/or the other tenants have been having that still need to be addressed.How do you like Joe & Elisa (?) as property managers? What would you like to see changed right away? What can we do to keep you as a long-term tenant?
