Apartment Review for Aventura

This complex is located on West McDowell Road. I-10 is 1/4 mile south with no buildings to block any freeway sound. State 101 is about 1/4 mile east with few buildings to block the sound at the interchange of 10 and 101.

The complex has many cars for young adults and teenagers which have loud mufflers and louder sound equipment. Many of the young men have their motorcycles (and they are not Harleys) which have a brassy, loud muffler as equipment.

The noise is 24 hours a day. There are days I have to turn my TV up loud just to hear it. I have talked to management about a possible apartment in the rear of the complex. They were not helpful at all about suggesting a better location. Nor did they seem to care. They felt this complex is not noisy at all. After my lease is up, I will be moving to a quieter location.
