Apartment Reviews for Crystal Springs - Avondale

This is a beautiful property with so many nice amenities. We love our apartment. The problem is that the amenities are neglected. The free weights get stolen so instead of replacing them they remove the rack all together. The umbrella on the table breaks they get rid of it instead of fixing it. The big rock waterfall on the main pool hasn't worked in months and all we are told is theyre getting bids. The jacuzzi has been ice cold for months too. There are a ton of lights out all over and nothing seems to get done about it. Looked up on the community bulletin because it said resident bbq so we looked to see when it was and it said July 09....its Nov 09 now. Many of the palm trees look like they are dying or in need of trimming. The bar area by the pool is always filthy. Computers dont work right in the business center. We recently got new management so hopefully these things will change because it really does have the potential to be a top notch place to live. The pool is not heated for winter which is surprising to me. I have a friend that lives in not such a good area and pays alot less than i do and has a heated pool. I just wish that things were better maintained, we'll see though maybe with new management it will get better.
