Apartment Review for Rio Santa Fe Apts.

This place is HORRIBLE!! Everything looks great at first and it seems like you're really getting your money worth, until you move in and figure it all out. It took over a week and rude message for anyone to even get back to us about maintanence issues that were supposed to be taken care of BEFORE we moved in. We live on the 3rd story and there are cracks in the ceilings, they claimed our carpet was brand new when in reality it was just overshampooed and stained. There are constantly kids being loud outside at ALL times of the day and night which they do nothing about.
The staff is rude and has singled my family out several times for things that they don't even mention to other tenants.
They put a notice on our car that we were parked in the wrong spot, but didn't put a notice on the persons car that had been parking in our space.
The windows are thin and flimsy so in HOT Arizona you constantly have to have the air on wasting money because 5 minutes after turning it off its hot again.
I can't believe how much these people charge for rent. A place like this in the states I've lived in would be considered "ghetto".
